What materials do you use for your biodegradable packaging?
We specialize in three core sustainable material categories:
PLA Bioplastics: 100% plant-based Polylactic Acid derived from renewable starches like corn and cassava.
Paper Products: Premium food-grade paperboard with options for PLA lining or 100% plastic-free BioPBS coatings.
Sugarcane Bagasse: 100% tree-free, compostable pulp upcycled from agricultural sugarcane fiber.
Are your products certified for food contact and compostability?
Yes. Our manufacturing facilities and products hold global compliance certifications, including ISO, BRCGS, FDA, amfori BSCI, Sedex, FSC, and TUV Rheinland/OK Compost guarantees. Full compliance documentation is available upon request for import clearing.
Are sugarcane bagasse containers hot-oil and microwave-safe?
Yes. Our sugarcane bagasse tableware is engineered to withstand hot water and hot oils up to 100 degree without leaking, structural softening, or deforming. They are completely microwave and refrigerator-safe.
What is the shelf life and degradation cycle of your PLA products?
Under normal storage conditions (cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight), our PLA products maintain structural integrity for over 12–18 months. When disposed of in industrial or home composting facilities, they break down naturally into organic biomass within 80–180 days.
Orders, Customization & Supply Chain
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?
For standard stock items, our MOQ typically starts at 10,000 to 50,000 units per item, depending on the material. For full OEM/ODM custom mold production or multi-color custom printing, we recommend Full Container Loads (FCL) to maximize your shipping cost-per-unit ROI.
Do you offer custom logo printing and private labeling (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We provide high-speed flexo and offset printing up to 7 colors using eco-friendly, food-safe inks. We can apply your custom branding, logos, and structural dimensions across our paper cups, soup bowls, takeaway boxes, and shopping bags.
Can I request product samples before placing a mass order?
Absolutely. We provide free stock samples for quality, leak, and thermal testing. You only cover the express courier freight cost. For custom-molded OEM prototypes, a nominal mold development fee applies, which is refunded upon hitting specified production volume thresholds.
What is your typical lead time for production and shipping?
Standard Stock Items: 7 to 15 days from order confirmation.
Custom Printed / OEM Orders: 20 to 30 days following sample design approval.
We assist with complete international freight arrangements, including mixed-container loading (combining Paper, Bagasse, and PLA lines in a single shipment) and customs documentation.
